Hand and Skulls Vintage Horror Necklace

One side of this pendant has a hand reaching out over a skull that is sitting on some stairs. There is yellow smoke billowing at a diagonal on the upper right side.

The other side of the pendant has a skull on a spike near a roofline. There is a smokey background in green, gray, and black.
